Sanitary case erector design features include Smooth, Stainless steel frame and main internal structure, USDA approved. Exposed anodized aluminum components with chemical resistant coating. Constructed to ensure that the equipment can be effectively and efficiently cleaned and sanitized over the lifetime of the equipment. Open design provides easy access for inspection and cleaning. Stainless RTE guarding; Nema 4X electrical and pneumatic enclosures with water shedding sloped or pitched tops and shut offs.Stainless pointers and scales for case size settings. Limited use of threaded components and no tubing. Continuous welds.
